Life aboard Lady Lou moves at an island pace. With no more than four guests at a time, every day is unhurried: anchor up at breakfast, a short sail to the next stretch of reef, then hours in the water with snorkel and fins while the paddleboard and double kayak wait on deck. Hammocks string between stays for anyone who'd rather watch the horizon. Guadalupe, your captain, left Argentina in 2016 on a bicycle journey that ended — as the best journeys do — at the sea. She settled in San Blas in 2019 and has spent every season since learning the archipelago and its Guna communities. That local knowledge shapes every anchorage she chooses.
