With extra time compared to an overnight stay, this journey explores the Inner Cays (Zone 1) at an easy pace, allowing for multiple island stops, longer snorkeling sessions, and unhurried evenings at anchor.
This itinerary is ideal for travelers who want more than a taste of San Blas without committing to a long voyage. It suits couples, families, and first-time sailors looking for calm waters and flexible days.
Choose the 2-night itinerary if you:
Want a short yet complete San Blas sailing experience
Prefer calm seas and minimal sailing time
Enjoy snorkeling, swimming, and island hopping
Are traveling on a tight schedule
You can reach San Blas in two ways:
Travel by 4×4 vehicle from Panama City to Porvenir Port, followed by a boat transfer to your catamaran. The cost is USD 150 per guest (roundtrip), and we’ll take care of coordinating the transportation for you.
Fly from Albrook Airport to Corazón de Jesús Airstrip, followed by a short 2-minute dinghy transfer to your catamaran. Flight prices vary depending on availability and the season you’re visiting San Blas. Please contact us to confirm the current quote.
Tip: Have your camera ready—the aerial views of the San Blas Islands are unforgettable.
The route includes visits to Coco Bandero, Cambombia, and Bapurgana, three iconic and secluded islands that showcase the untouched beauty of the Guna Yala archipelago.
Meet your captain, board the catamaran, and receive a short safety briefing before beginning your sailing journey through the Guna Yala archipelago.

Begin your journey in the Inner Cays (Zone 1). After boarding the catamaran, enjoy a short sail to your first anchorage near Isla Chichime or Isla Perro.

Explore the islands of Cayos Limones, known for turquoise lagoons, sandy beaches, and relaxed anchorages. Spend the afternoon snorkeling, paddleboarding, or relaxing on white-sand beaches before dinner onboard.

Expect tropical breakfasts, light lunches, and dinners centered around fresh seafood, often including lobster when in season, enjoyed with ocean views and island sunsets.

After breakfast, set sail east toward the Dutch Cays (Zone 2) on a scenic open-water crossing. The landscape quickly shifts as uninhabited islands, wider horizons, and deeper turquoise water come into view.

Upon arrival, snorkel vibrant coral reefs, explore remote beaches, or relax onboard while soaking in the sense of isolation. As evening falls, anchor near a quiet island and enjoy dinner beneath a sky filled with stars.

After a final morning in the islands, begin the return sail toward the mainland, taking in the last views of the San Blas archipelago before disembarking and continuing your journey.

Below you’ll find sailboats and catamarans that operate in the San Blas Islands and are well suited for a 2-night sailing itinerary.
A private charter means booking the entire boat exclusively for you and your group, with full privacy.
A shared charter means booking a private cabin on board while sharing the boat’s common areas, activities, and sailing experience with other travelers.
