Over five unforgettable days, you’ll venture beyond the inner cays into the Dutch Cays (Zone 2), where turquoise waters, uninhabited islands, and thriving coral reefs define the experience.
This itinerary is ideal for travelers who want to go deeper into the San Blas Islands without committing to a full week at sea. It suits couples, friends, and families looking for a more immersive catamaran charter with varied landscapes and fewer crowds.
Choose the 4-night itinerary if you:
Want to explore Zone 2 (Dutch Cays) at a relaxed pace
Enjoy snorkeling, paddleboarding, and island-hopping
Prefer quieter anchorages over high-traffic islands
Are seeking a balance between short sails and open-water adventure
You can reach San Blas in two ways:
Travel by 4×4 vehicle from Panama City to Porvenir Port, followed by a boat transfer to your catamaran. The cost is USD 150 per guest (roundtrip), and we’ll take care of coordinating the transportation for you.
Fly from Albrook Airport to Corazón de Jesús Airstrip, followed by a short 2-minute dinghy transfer to your catamaran. Flight prices vary depending on availability and the season you’re visiting San Blas. Please contact us to confirm the current quote.
Tip: Have your camera ready—the aerial views of the San Blas Islands are unforgettable.
With more time on the water, this itinerary unlocks remote anchorages, longer snorkeling sessions, and peaceful evenings under the stars—all while enjoying the comfort of a private catamaran.
Meet your captain, board the catamaran, and receive a short safety briefing before beginning your sailing journey through the Guna Yala archipelago.

Your journey begins with arrival in the Inner Cays (Zone 1). Spend the afternoon swimming, paddleboarding, and easing into island life before enjoying dinner onboard beneath a colorful sunset.

After breakfast, the catamaran sails between nearby islands such as Isla Perro or Isla Chichime. Snorkel over shallow coral gardens and explore the famous sunken shipwreck. Later, relax on white-sand beaches or float above crystal-clear water in a natural swimming pool.

Today brings a scenic open-water sail into Zone 2, where the landscape becomes more remote and dramatic. Upon arrival in the Dutch Cays, you’ll anchor near uninhabited islands surrounded by vibrant reefs. The afternoon is perfect for snorkeling and beach exploration.

Wake up in paradise and island-hop through the Dutch Cays. Visit turtle nesting areas, explore secluded sandbanks, and enjoy a relaxed beach day. In the evening, head to a legendary BBQ Island for a bonfire dinner and stargazing far from all artificial light.

Expect tropical breakfasts, light lunches, and dinners centered around fresh seafood, often including lobster when in season, enjoyed with ocean views and island sunsets.

The final morning begins with a peaceful sail back toward the Inner Cays. Enjoy a last swim or snorkel before disembarking. You’ll leave the San Blas Islands with unforgettable memories of remote islands, vibrant marine life, and slow, soulful sailing.

Below you’ll find sailboats and catamarans that operate in the San Blas Islands and are well suited for a 4-night sailing itinerary.
A private charter means booking the entire boat exclusively for you and your group, with full privacy.
A shared charter means booking a private cabin on board while sharing the boat’s common areas, activities, and sailing experience with other travelers.
