Getting There
We sail to a secluded area where the anchorage is unique—we drop the hook right over the sand of the beach. It offers easy access to shore and protection from the swell.
Uncommon and stunning—you are practically parked on the sand.
What to Expect
This is a massive island that is completely uninhabited. It offers a "Castaway" vibe but with luxury. The beaches are unforgettable—powder white and endless. It is the ideal place to lose track of what day it is.
If you value solitude and pristine nature, this will likely be your favorite stop.
🧐 Curious Fact
Why is such a beautiful island uninhabited? In Guna law, some islands are designated only for coconut harvesting, not for permanent habitation, preserving their pristine state.
⚓ Captain’s Tip
"This is my personal favorite. I recommend we do a beach bonfire here at night (if conditions permit). The stars look brighter here than anywhere else."
What to Bring
There is very little shade on the expansive sand.
Frisbee or paddle ball; there is so much space here.
No bars here. We bring our own cold drinks to shore.
The white sand contrast is perfect for photos.
Coco Currency
In Guna Yala, coconuts are not just fruit; they are currency. Even on uninhabited islands like Coco Blanco, every single palm tree belongs to a family.
Taking a coconut without asking is technically theft! The coconuts are traded with Colombian merchant boats for sugar, coffee, and other supplies.
