With more time to explore and a relaxed sailing pace, this itinerary delivers the perfect balance of island hopping, snorkeling, and open-water adventure
Meet your captain, board the catamaran, and receive a short safety briefing before beginning your sailing journey through the Guna Yala archipelago.

Begin your journey in the Inner Cays (Zone 1). After boarding the catamaran, enjoy a short sail to a nearby island such as Isla Chichime or Isla Perro.

Spend the afternoon swimming, snorkeling over shallow reefs, or paddleboarding in calm lagoons. As the sun sets, settle in for a relaxed evening at anchor.

After breakfast, set sail toward the Dutch Cays (Zone 2) on a scenic open-water crossing. Upon arrival, explore uninhabited islands surrounded by vibrant reefs.

Snorkel crystal-clear waters, relax on white-sand beaches, or enjoy quiet time onboard as the pace slows and the scenery opens up.

Sail towards Maqui Islands, a quieter and less-traveled area known for peaceful anchorages and excellent snorkeling. Wander empty beaches, paddle along the shoreline, or swim above coral gardens teeming with marine life.

After a final breakfast and morning swim, the catamaran sails back toward the mainland. You’ll transfer to the port or airstrip for your return to Panama City, closing your 3-night San Blas sailing adventure.

Below you’ll find sailboats and catamarans that operate in the San Blas Islands and are well suited for a 3-night sailing itinerary.
A private charter means booking the entire boat exclusively for you and your group, with full privacy.
A shared charter means booking a private cabin on board while sharing the boat’s common areas, activities, and sailing experience with other travelers.
