Full Immersion in Guna Culture & Remote Reefs

The 5-Day Guna Odyssey is our most sought-after itinerary for a reason. Five days gives you enough time to acclimate, let your guard down, and truly surrender to the rhythm of the islands.

You’ll begin in the social energy of the Lemon Cays, then push deeper into the legendary Dutch Cays. Then, explore 20+ islands of untouched reef, jungle trails, and secret passages. You’ll end at Cambombia, the island of mirrored waters, where time feels suspended.

Dutch Cays (Holandeses)

Known for exceptional snorkeling, reef-protected lagoons, and crystal sand patches. The Dutch Cays are home to over 20 unspoiled islands โ€” San Blas's most rewarding archipelago for adventurous explorers.

Itinerary Overview

With more time on the water, this itinerary unlocks remote anchorages, longer snorkeling sessions, and peaceful evenings under the starsโ€”all while enjoying the comfort of a private catamaran.

Day 1 ยท Arrival Day

First Sail & Lemon Cays

Arrive at the airstrip or Cartรญ port where your captain meets you. After a 2-minute dinghy ride to the catamaran, settle into your cabin and receive a full briefing on your itinerary. Set sail towards Coco Blanco and Green Island โ€” two pristine, calm islands that ease you perfectly into the San Blas rhythm. Your adventure begins now. Prepare for an authentic first taste of Guna Yala.

Day 2 ยท Exploration

Lemon Cays & Salardup

Now acclimated, you’ll visit Isla Pelicano and the famous Perro Chico โ€” the quintessential postcard San Blas island. Swim the shipwreck at Chichime, the most iconic snorkeling spot in the archipelago. In the afternoon, sail to Salardup โ€” a hushed, intimate island where the silence is the loudest thing you’ll hear.

Walk massive private beaches, explore jungle trails on Jungle Island, and dive some of the best coral reefs in all of San Blas. A lobster lunch courtesy of the local Guna fishermen awaits.
