The Guna Diet
Since Salardup has a restaurant, it's a great place to learn about Tule Masi. This is the traditional Guna soup made with fresh coconut milk, boiled plantains, cassava, and fresh fish.
It is the soul food of the region and sustains the Guna people throughout their day.
