Seven years ago, Nicolás and Florencia sailed into the Caribbean from Argentina and decided this was where they belonged. Today they run their 2013 Fontaine Pajot Lipari 41 as an intimate, crew-led experience where the pace is set by the wind and the menu is decided by what the sea offers that morning — lobster, octopus, fresh fish, and tropical fruit, cooked with the warmth and generosity of their Argentine kitchen.
Days unfold on the water: snorkeling pristine reefs, lying in the bow net to watch the sky, paddling to shore on the SUP, or simply letting the boat rock gently at anchor while the sunset turns the clouds into something extraordinary.
The boat
The Lipari 41 offers three large double cabins and two spacious bathrooms with showers. The saloon opens to a shaded cockpit with a dining table perfect for long lunches, while the front net area provides an open-air retreat for stargazing. A tender with a 9.8 hp engine handles all shore runs.

Nicolás and Florencia speak fluent Spanish and English. They bring seven years of Caribbean knowledge aboard every trip, sharing stories of the Guna people and the hidden corners of the archipelago that only years of sailing reveal.
Good to know before you book
- Base $900 per night plus $175 per person per night.
- A 20% surcharge applies on public holidays.
- A half-day extension costs 50% of the daily rate.
- Children under 4 sail free; children aged 5–9 pay 50%; children 10 and over pay the full adult rate.

Expert crew
Captain and chef aboard. On a private charter the boat is reserved for your group; on a shared charter you sail with other guests.

Open bar
Beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, included throughout. We stock generously and nobody counts your drinks — it’s a house bar rather than an unlimited premium one. Want a specific bottle aboard? Tell us before we provision and it’ll be there.
