Captain Andrés Olaya has sailed the Caribbean since 2016, speaks English, Spanish, and French, and uniquely combines sailing expertise with formal chef training — giving him a full picture of what guests need both on deck and at the table.
Chef Sol's international background spans Colombia, Mexico, and Panama, and her specialties include sushi and sashimi prepared from the day's freshest catch. Every meal — breakfast, lunch, dinner, artisanal desserts, and afternoon snacks — is fully included, alongside a moderated open bar of beer, wine, and spirits.Together she and Andres create an experience that feels polished and personal in equal measure.
Good to know before you book
- A 20% peak-season premium applies December 20 – January 10, Carnival, and Easter.
- Standard A/C is included for up to 8 hours at night; extended daytime A/C incurs a USD 250/day surcharge.
- Extended check-out until 3:00 PM is available at a 50% daily rate premium.
- Children under 2 complimentary (co-sleeping); children up to 6 receive a 25% discount; age 7 and over billed at adult rates.
